The Employer Brand Breakdown

Build an employer brand with direction, a recognisable identity and a way to reach people. See why strategy, identity and activation need to work together.

The lightbulb moment

Strategy gives your brand direction, grounded in culture, purpose and values.

Identity makes that direction recognisable through words, visuals and tone.

Activation brings the brand to life for colleagues and future talent.

Your employer brand takes more than pretty pictures. It needs three things working together: strategy, identity and activation.

Strategy starts with your culture, purpose and values: who you are, why you exist, and how you behave.

Identity makes that recognisable through your tone, fonts, graphics and colours. It's the expression of your employer brand, not the whole thing.

Activation brings it to life, engaging colleagues and reaching future talent through long-term brand building and short-term campaigns.

Leave one out and it falls apart. Strategy without identity becomes a document nobody looks at. Identity without strategy becomes random acts of marketing. And strategy and identity without activation leave a lovely brand book gathering dust.

Connect all three, and your employer brand has direction, a recognisable expression, and a way to reach people.
