Ben's work on our culture evolution - running workshops with senior leadership to reshape our purpose, mission, values, EVP and Employer Brand - required both strategic vision and the facilitation skills to bring executives along, a balance he managed incredibly well.

Ben worked closely with directors across TA, Talent Development & Org Design, HR Ops, Reward, Comms and Marketing - keeping everyone informed and helping them think through implications for their areas. That cross-functional partnership helped keep our people experience coherent and aligned as things continued to progress.
